Andrew Duff

Andy Duff is a seasoned IT strategist with over 15 years of experience leading complex health insurance exchange initiatives for states across the country. He has led the development and operations of consumer-facing decision support tools, including plan comparison and provider directories for Maine, Washington, Oregon, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, California, and Washington, DC.

His expertise spans business intelligence, system design, advanced data management , and vendor and client management. Andy excels at integrating technical proficiency with deep subject matter knowledge and strategic business insight to deliver high-impact solutions for internal teams and our partner stakeholders.

Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of William & Mary and a Master's in Management of IT from the University of Virginia. Andy has worked at CSS since 2008.
