Paul Kallaur

Paul has served as President and CEO of the Center for the Study of Services (CSS) since 2021. He previously led CSS's Health Research Group, where he oversaw initiatives focused on improving healthcare quality and consumer information.

In his current role, Paul works closely with all CSS teams to ensure projects are well-resourced, efficiently executed, and deliver meaningful impact. He is committed to leveraging the organization's diverse expertise to expand its reach and influence. Paul holds an M.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from the University of Michigan and has been with CSS since 1998.
